I am going for energy and stamina somewhat the look and to lose weight. I am thinking I can do push ups, sit ups, stomach crunches, martial arts every other day and the gym the days im not doing that. What food/drink keeps you full for the majority of the day?

I love to eat! I play tennis which keeps me in shape, but i eat a lot as well. For breakfast i eat 2 eggs with toast and oatmeal, but im hungry like an hour later. And it's the same for everything else I've tried.
Is there any drink or specific food that has kept you full for a while?

How to lose fat without losing much weight?

I weighed in weight and checked height too, one of these days. weight was ideal for height but then there was this part where it showed the body fat percentage. And it went over the ideal body fat percentage. How am i supposed to lower the body fat percentage without losing weight, is it possible?

List 3 safe sports and 3 dangerous sports ( or more if you want too ! )
Obviously all sports carry a risk, but some are more dangerous then others. For example, rugby is a lot more dangerous then ballroom dancing.
