I don't trust infomercials. I think the best route is to just search the net for ab work outs or go to a gym and ask a personal trainer. I am not saying that all infomercial work out programs are a bust but all they want is your money so I say ask someone who actually cares about your health.

The magic bullet works perfect for me as well, and I too would not purchase them from the infomercial because the price is just way too high. I bought mine from Walgreens and I got a great deal. I do suggest buying more than one if you plan to use it more than once a day.

I checked out those sites and they look interesting, but does anyone suggest the best work out program for women? I have been looking into more fitness programs that will give me a more fun way of working out outside of the gym.
