You are doing great with the swimming and cycling. You should try and avoid refined carbohydrates so make sure the rice and couscous you are eating is brown. I eat three cooked meals a day and then have healthy snacks throughout the day. I don't keep count of the number of snacks but it probably comes to three snacks a day. healthy snacks are typically raw nuts and seeds and fruit with low fat organic yoghurt. I don't count calories. I love raw nuts. No added oil or salt. I have an small airtight container which I fill with brazil nuts and pecan nuts.
