You are doing great with the swimming and cycling. You should try and avoid refined carbohydrates so make sure the rice and couscous you are eating is brown. I eat three cooked meals a day and then have healthy snacks throughout the day. I don't keep count of the number of my snacks but it probably comes to three snacks a day. If you are looking for quick lateral movement drills try the hexagon drill too. It is used by athletes and martial artists to improve agility and footwork.
