When I grew up everybody had an Aloe Vera plant at home to use on burns, acne etc... worked great!Everett wrote:Aloe Vera. It's simple and effective against most skin problems.
Foods rich in vitamin E also help, IMO.

AlinShop, Thats crazy, the fly is like the baine of existence!! I actualy like the backstroke MUCH more, I can barely get out of the water on the fly, lol. I agree with Bossman, diet is VERY IMPORTANT. Good fats are also a major plus in opinion, to keep the joints well oiled and feeling good.
