You might want to check out Phil Heath's line of clothing for more fitted thin tee-shirts. "Gifted is the actual name of the line. GASP is another line you might like.

When I grew up everybody had an Aloe Vera plant at home to use on burns, acne etc... worked great!

I agree with Bossman, diet is VERY IMPORTANT. Good fats are also a major plus in my opinion, to keep the joints well oiled and feeling good.
