there is a lot of positive reviews about this exercise bikes.. But I would never buy one, I don't like exercise bikes bcs its uncomfortable , a normal bike you are moving to the left and right while cycling..but you can't move exercise bikes and thats very uncomfortable.... I think a steper is more ...

I think the best these days is the Garmin Forerunner 210 GPS Sport Watch its one of the most reliable.. and design is just awesome ..... I use it for cycling

Protein bars are typically made of low quality proteins and are just glorified candybars. Making your own is a better option.
I would go for powders ..it just better.. good taste and more ingredients not that much trash in it ...
