Im finishing fourth month of high carb eating and lost an average of 3 lbs since the first month. Eating 3 to 4 thousand calories a day. Gained some strength and muscle too.. Im working out about 30 min a day. (just an update).....I thought the" fat you eat is the fat you wear" was an outd...

You also asked how long others work out.... I was working out 45 min a day 6 to 7 days a week in a cardio/weight combo for about 3 months in this picture------------>

This is the most common situation that I hear. What I would suggest is......#1 if your so busy you don't have at least 30 min a day ,try to loosen up your scheduall a bit. Ask a partner to pitch in on a chore for you so you can get in a quick workout.#2 Also find a workout that is effective and ENJO...

It seems like ectomorphs hate being ectomorphs... but Iv seen lots of them lift hard and eat a constant supply of protein throughout the day..Man they can have some amazing looking bodies! super lean with ripped strong looking muscles.Those are the guys that look thin with a shirt on then take it of...

Iv been paying attention to food and products "for our health" and Iv came up to the conclusion of.......The least amount of "mankind modified" things we put into our bodies have the better off we become. Isnt that something how that works?

I honestly have always believed using your own body to workout is the healthiest way. cardio to moderate strength. Better on the joints than lifting huge amounts of weight. I also believe God designed our body ..so when we get fat it burns more calories moving our body around ..so we can lose weight...

I used to run a mile a day 4 days a week. If your just starting out... jog/walk or run/jog till you build up to it.Then keep your pace pretty swift. Youll have some lean legs..( the farther you decide to run the leaner and less bulky your legs will be)

Running for long distances. That's the best way I know how to lean out a muscle...see runners.

I've never heard of Oxyshred before, but I'm guessing it's a fat burner in which case avoid fat burners, thermogenic serums and appeatite suppressants, because they are all complete turd and either a waste of money, dangerous or just plain useless and anyone using then would have virtually no chanc...

Its funny you posted this ,because I am bulking right now. you can see pics on profile and most people would say it ok, Im very much not happy with me yet. p90x and insanity workouts are great.,....for a guy trying to cut fat.... you want size! You need to get your body in an anabolic muscle buildin...
