On the contrary, if you ask me almost all foods are healthy. The only things you need to watch out for are sodium and saturated fats. If you can do that, then for the most part you're good.

Hi guys any tips on a good breakfast to help with losing weight. I have a 45 minute drive to work everyday so was wondering if there is something i could eat on the run. I was thinking of a slimfast shake as it has lots of nutrients but they are high in carbs...good/bad? Any thoughts cheers mom use...
