Re: help - motivation

Action = Motivation

Get moving, be consistent, and be grateful for the blessings you already have in your life. Gratitude will help balance your hormones and help you with your fitness goals. Good luck!

  • Run
    Hike
    Bike
    Swim
    Jumping Jacks
    HIIT
    Raquet Ball
    Tennis
    Skateboarding
Really you can do anything that gets you moving. Make it fun, it doesn't have to be an actually "workout." :D

Re: Workout - Need help

If you're looking to bulk up and fill out then you should be lifting heavy. Cardio is good for your health, but it will only keep you slim.

Some Great Motivation

I was looking for some motivational material this morning before heading to the gym and getting some work done. I found an amazing video on YouTube that definitely helped me out. It made me think of all the different areas in my life that I can change and improve; not just my body. Here is the link....

Re: low Motivation - working hard but seeing no results :(

Consistency is probably the most important factor when it comes to results. Sometimes it just takes a long long time. Keep going, stay motivated, don't keep your head down like this picture...
