Get outside, walk, run, hike, play sports. Have your family and friends join you. The more fun you make it the more likely you will do it for a long period of time. It's always easier to "workout" when someone else is doing it with you and it's something that you at least some what enjoy! ...

If you're looking to bulk up and fill out then you should be lifting heavy. Cardio is good for your health, but it will only keep you slim.

By increasing intake of grass fed butter and coconut oil cholesterol levels actually decreased in a relatively short amount of time. There is a huge difference between good and bad fats.

Consistency is probably the most important factor when it comes to results. Sometimes it just takes a long long time. Keep going, stay motivated, don't keep your head down like this picture...
