I agree, you should be more concerned about your calorie intake. 1,000 sounds dangerously low, especially for someone who does exercise. It would be interesting to see what goes into your diet.

There are three exercises that I think are a must in order to get a nice well rounded bum. Each of them work different parts of your glutes, so using all three combined work wonders.
