I think they are great. They remind me when I need to eat and take vitamins, and also let me know how many steps I take everyday. I suggest you get one!

Smoothies are great, but don't be fooled, many smoothies can pack a lot of calories. If you are going to move to a smoothie diet, you often will need to take supplements to ensure you are getting the proper nutrients that your body needs each day.

There are a lot of great home exercise you can do without going to a gym. However, using the machines at the gym could get you faster results. I like to wake up every mooring and do: 10 burpees 20 push ups 1 min wall squat 100 crunches 10 lunges (each leg) This gets me going in the morning or can al...
