Don't worry about weight. Muscles are heavy ;) Look into the mirror. If you see changes and you like them, everything is going well :)
I offer you to take pictures "before" and "after". That will show you more then scales.

Hello Yankeepoodle! If you can't do more reps, so don't do them. Your body didn't adapt to exercise, so still produce enough cortisol and adrenaline. It is enough to be in shape. Hello Olivia! It is always nice to see what someone wants to change its life and work on it! Fine fellow!
