Yep I don't mind running in colder weather either, after the first five - ten minutes, but before that I'm always freezing. I've got a long sleeved t-shirt as well, its 100 % cotton so might be better? Its just hard to wash as its printed with text and you cant wash it in high temperatures. In order...

It's starting to get cold now so running isn't as pleasant as before... :( I can't really go running in a t-thirt anymore because I would freeze but then again after 10 minutes or so I will be boiling. Even at ten bites & three meals a day you could still consume a lot of really bad calories. Its more about what you eat. I would do the opposite, eat more frequent but keep the snacks and meals healhty. This would keep your energy levels up all day. I've stopped drinking sodas, juices and sugary cof...

I would also mention that its not just the number of calories you take in, but the type of energy your consuming. Someone skinny who consumes 1500 calories a day could still be very unhealhty

My weight tends to go up and down about 1-3 kg every day / couple days, but when I do an average its always balances out. And as people have said don't be too focused on weight because muscle weighs more than fat. Body fat % tells you more than BMI
