Hey Ive been told to eat at a deficit and lift. Will I gain size on my lats chest shoulders while at a deficit? What are noob gains?

Am very fat. But i want to also be very muscular. Im currently doing bodyweight training and here is my photos

Why are my love handles so round. And my tummy always has that slight buldge. Its annoying.

I mean to say when you hit 3 x of push ups it says to change it to diamond pushups then when you hit 3 x 8 of that change it to planche pushups

Same way for pull ups first negstives when i hit 10 second negatives 3x8 go for pullups and so on and so forth.

Im having a look at reddits rr and doing just push ups, pull up negatives , dips, rows I dont know to do legs as Im working out below my building where theres a pull up bar and a dip bar. And pushups can be done on the ground Im usually aiming for 3x8 for all sets then changing the form and stuff . ...

anyone has mega success of a huge body with a dumbell only routine?

I have dumbells that go from 5-50 kg now, a pull up bar and a bench.

I can get dumbells from 55-80 kg as well, I prefer dumbells cause I just do lol

anyone has had success with a good bulk with just dumbells and a good diet?
