Let's face it, if you're feeling as good as you say you do then I don't find the need for you to take an "T-Boosters." Don't go trying to fix something that ain't broke.

Truthfully, any exercise regimen will help you lose weight along with a consistent caloric deficit. I'm not sure how much you currently weigh but when I was at my heaviest running was very taxing on my joints. It wasn't until I dropped 30 pounds or so that I began to run again with less pain.

Forgive me for my ignorance in this matter, but I was under the impression that yoga is a low impact, low exertion exercise. Is it really necessary to be using supplements to assist in your yoga practice or are these more for general wellness but would also assist in yoga? Thanks.

Truthfully I would take a different approach to the electric bicycle. I would utilize a bike powered entertainment system where you could only watch movies while you were using the bike that powered the system. This would be an interesting twist to say the least.
