Re: Fat Burning and Lean Muscle Building

It should be said though that bulking and cutting can work simultaneously, as you can build muscle and burn fat at the same time, but as you say in order for a man to gain 40 or more lbs of muscle, whilst getting as lean as he could on a cut, is very hard or nigh on impossible without an oral, trans...

Re: Fat Burning and Lean Muscle Building

Hi Mesavant, good to speak to you. Basically avoid it. It contains a click bank link, which is just trying to get you to part with money in ways you don't need to and as for anything that says things like a weird or strange tip / trick, avoid those they are extremely dubious, as is anything that say...

Re: Essential yoga supplement to boost your energy.

The short answer is no. Supplements may, for example with bodybuilding, help with progression of physical improvement, but they do not allow you to achieve any physical goal that an appropriate diet plan cannot allow for. Supplements have health benefits for sure, depending on what they are and how ...

Re: Need Help With Program

No. It's just a click bank product designed to make someone fast bucks and we've had a number of people spamming this and asking about it in the last 7-8 weeks, so I'd avoid it.

Re: Is this a good plan to stick to?

It would make sense though to give the changes some kind of structure. That way you can make it easier to shop and be more likely to stick to things, because you can plan more efficiently what you need in the way of food because you know what times of the day you're eating at and what you're eating ...

Re: Is this a good plan to stick to?

Hi Ola, good to talk to you. Your changes to lifestyle certainly seem feasible, so there is no reason why you can't do it in theory. Have you actually formulated an eating plan based on the changes you say you want to make and what would that look like in terms of foods eaten and what times of the d...

Re: Regarding chest fat

Keto is probably not the answer, but try changing the workout, so that all the bench press exercises are 3 sets of 8 reps. I would try without any other chest exercises and see how the 9 sets of benching works out over the next 4-6 weeks. So to recap 3 sets incline 8 reps, 3 sets flat 8 reps, 2 sets...

Re: weight loss

Avoid it. If the person was out to "simply help people", they wouldn't be recommending just one monetising system, they would recommend none and give straightforward advice, or more than one site or system for the purposes of objectivity or balance. The website uses below par English and i...

Hi Kalam, good to speak to you.

What sort of exercises are you doing for your chest and how many reps and sets do you do for each one?

Re: A fat burner that works when youre doing things right

That sort of thing is just a money making exercises for some people, don't buy it, as it wasn't necessary for years for people to do that in order to achieve what you're trying to do, so it isn't necessary now.

Re: I need honest answers for my overweight problem please!

No, but I'd avoid it, as it's just got click bank links in it and considering they say it's non-profit, the links are all the same link not varied ones for different things, so that's suspicious. Exercise may be tough sometimes, but for people's own good and someone saying it works because they lost...

Re: Product review.

Don't waste your time basically. If people don't need supplements to get overweight, then they don't need them to lose weight. Remember for every action there is an equal and opposite reaction, so fattening up with pills or formulated liquids would be possible, but the manufacturers wouldn't make an...

Re: Recovery Recommendations for P90X

Hi Vin good to speak to you.

A decent low cost protein powder would work, so one with around 4-6 ingredients or even just a glucose based energy drink, or alternatively chocolate milk, or a powdered maltodextrose mixed with water.

Re: Pull-Ups or Pull-Downs which one is best | Odeta Stuikys Rose

Pull ups and pull downs are very different animals in a way, because one is utilising mostly body weight, the other is utilising artificial weight. You can get a weightlifting belt with a chain on it and attach a dumbbell or free weight to the belt using the chain to do pull-ups, but with pull-ups y...
