Re: Meal plans for fat loss?

Hi Jamie, good to talk to you. This kind of system might work for you. It's something I've posted before. Breakfast Option 1. Bowl of Whole-grain Cereal and scrambled Eggs, (2 Egg Whites + Yolk) Option 2. Protein shake, small portion of Nuts, (excluding higher carb ones like Cashews, Chestnuts and G...

Re: How can I gain some weight?

Well in theory your plan might work, but if you want to do that I'm not going to say don't, you do what you feel comfortable with.

Re: How can I gain some weight?

I mean nourished properly as in getting the right levels of nourishment. Many protein shakes don't necessarily have ideal amounts of micronutrients I:E: iron, zinc, vitamin e, calcium, vitamin c etc and some are very carb low, so you'd need to get your energy reserves from weight gainer type protein...

Re: An effective weight loss product

Don't waste your money. The amount of people coming on here to try and promote red tea is a good reason not to do it or help people make **** incomes. You isolate the effects of things to prove they work. Anyone making diet and or exercise changes, then using some supplement or worse a stupid useles...

I would stick with the latter and then when you've gotten a bit more progress try the workout you've been doing.

Re: Question regarding keto diet

Te reason the link doesn't post is because that type of blog was censored due to such blogs being used to illegally promote products and services, so it was done as a security measure. The easiest thing would be to put the link in your post and then edit the link by putting a space in between the wo...

Re: I have to start somewhere.....

Maybe you could try self help tapes, or try creating easy to remember easy to read mantras. So you print a list of easy to remember motivational phrases in big colourful lettering such as I AM WORTH IT I CAN DO THIS I DESERVE THIS I AM GOOD ENOUGH I CAN SUCCEED Alternatively, choose some others you ...

Alternatively you could publicise the link on here in the interests of transparency and so as not to look clandestine couldn't you, but then I suspect if you did, it would be easier to ascertain that "this guy" might be you.

Re: Need to increase leg strength and overall endurance

Hi Tom good to talk to you. I would go moderate carb not keto. Keto is alright for people looking to do stage based strength events, but for most people and on a long term basis it has many detractors. You could easily moderate your cabs to between 20% and 30% of daily intake, so even if you capped ...

Re: I have to start somewhere.....

There are many things you can use to base snacks and meals on such as microwave, soup, baked beans and rice dishes, bread, sandwiches, ham, beef, turkey, pork and chicken from a packet, boiled eggs, nuts, peanuts, low fat cheese, low sugar yoghurts, vegetables including pineapple, celery sticks and ...

Re: Question regarding keto diet

Keto is fine for anyone dieting for strength contests, but ask anyone with a more well known rep in the industry and they will tell you keto is not good for anyone in normal circumstances. Also keto means no carbs of any kind, so veggies mean you're not in pure ketosis, it means you're in partial ke...

Re: I have to start somewhere.....

Hi Lucky, good to speak to you.

Do you have access to a gym or are you trying to train at home and if so would you be willing to purchase any equipment?

What times do you eat at and what foods do you eat at those times?

Re: Help losing fat and gaining muscle

Well you wouldn't necessarily need to eat at a deficit, because the eight amount of calories would create gains and an extra lb of muscle burns around 45-50 more calories per day.

So I would aim for around 2,200-2,500 calories a day and see how you get on.

Re: An effective weight loss product

The best solution is a decent diet and a decent exercise program.

What times do you eat at and what foods do you eat at those times?
