protein power

I have a really hard time getting all of that protein, and do not like protein shakes, etc. Is there any kind of power, that you can mix in with food to add protein?

I know this has been posted before, but how many grams at each meal of protein shoudl I be getting? I am doing the 6 mini meals a day, looking to tone up, lose weight and eat healthy. Please let me know .

I have about 30 lbs to lose and I am doing weight training 3x/ week and about 45 minutes of cardio 4x a week. This is an example of eating yesterday, I think it was pretty good. Order of weights

Sometimes the gym is super busy and I cannot do the weights in order such as biceps, then triceps. So i usually do the machine on plan that is open. Does it matter what order they are done in?

i think everyone has their own opinion , but from almost all trainers I have heard from is cardio every day is okay as long as they are all not high intensity and shoot for high intensity 3-4 times a week and the other days maybe walk or something lighter. I also think everyone's body is different

I understand with resting for weight training, but don't a lot of people run everyday? I thought muscles just needed recovery from weights? I didn't realize that doing cardio daily would be a problem. What if I do keep cardio daily, is that doing anything negative to body?

Sundays I make optional. And I usually rest on those days.
Please let me know what would be better? What do you mean by better quality exercises? Also please look at weight routine and tell me what you think.
