It's a good thing I don't care too much about whether or not nails are perfect. You're talking to a good ol' country gal. When you garden and help friends with haying season having perfect nails are the least of your worries! I'm glad now that I've never had a manicure in life...that sure would be a...

Thanks. I don't plan to climb that often but just as something different to throw in and keep it interesting. I'll keep in mind what you said about the balanced body. I don't want people to look at me and peg me as one type or another I just want to look healthy. I noticed most of the work was in fo...

Rock wall climbing?

I had the opportunity this past week to try rock wall climbing and found that I absolutely love it! What I'm wondering is..... would it be a good enough workout to replace usual workout from time to time? I don't think I've ever felt upper body muscles as much as I did when I was on that wall! I eve...

aunt keeps me motivated. She's very short and very round and I don't want to end up like her!

I noticed about a year ago that I was getting arms like hers and it terrified me enough to do something about it.

Not the best type of motivation but motivation none the less.

BTW A c-section does cut through all muscle layers. But if you have strong abdominal muscles then a flat shouldn't be an unattainable goal. I also have a horizontal scar that healed really well. I can hardly see it now and baby is turning 9 tomorrow. I have very strong abs but because of stretched o...

Hi there! I also had c-sections with all 3 of boys. For myself I know that I won't get flat back since first son stretched skin waaay too much! It all depends on how stretched out your skin is. If major stretch marks like mine are not a factor then I don't see why you couldn't get a flat again. I'd ...

I agree with Simply Blessed. Even if you don't feel like it do the exercise and you'll be glad that you did. When I get into those slumps I go for a little power walk. It boosts your mood and your energy. When I get back from walks I usually end up playing soccer with boys because I feel so good!

Although I've never had the need for implants, I'd still have to say that they should wait until they're 21. Every surgery comes with the risks and not just small ones, life and death ones. Every girl needs to know that the breasts they have at 15 may not look the same or even be the same size when ...
