first...have your doctor check for hyperthyroidism...if what your saying is true and your eating enough maybe you got it...how active are you? i know you said you dont have time so im assuming your really active...youll want around 2500 calories maybe a little more...track your nutrition for 1 day.....

i agree with amatlack on the asthma thing...i used to get winded and have to stop after about 15 seconds of running...now cardio doesnt bother me... asthma is still stress triggered but not by exercise...try some interval training...run at about 75% power until your starting to get winded then take ...

you eat more than you burn...youll gain weight... you eat less than you burn...youll lose weight....but it might be muscle and not fat...if your not giving your body what it wants...its not going to keep around excess muscle that it can't support...1 pound of muscle burns 50 calories a day resting.....

lol we can tell from ur pic that your not obese! lol and your calorie question.... YES! im going to guess that you need over 1000 calories a day for normal body function let alone exercise! bmr is 2000....that means that if i were to do absolutely nothing but lay in bed all day reading a book for ex...

basically though it depends where you are now...if you're fat then trim down 1st which it seems you are ya with your height and weight your a 26 on the BMI chart fatty mc fat pants! i would just eat to build muscle how they are saying...and do your HIIT cardio...youll burn a bunch of calories just ...

lol...i have a couple of those powerballs...thought they sounded really cool...but i dont use them youll build your forearms through normal exercises like he said...deadlifts...pretty much anything that requires you to pull while maintaining your grip... you can do some reverse curls...wrist curls.....
