Bosss hit it dead on..
do a light warm up, stretch the muscles a bit, the hit the weights
once your are done the exerersise Stretch the living shit out of that muscle,
and continue.

can not spot reduce, you want a flat stomach. or abs showing stomach.. its in your diet, and cardio, you may burn 400 cals in a cardio session.. but you also maybe consuming wrong foods to counteract the cardio.. up the cardio to at least 500 cals burned. the change can make you or break you.. botto...

just a personal preference,
Never do cardio before a high intensity work out
cardio burns up your energy, you wont be able to go at the weights at full tilt,
cardio always after the work out
or
on the "rest" day durring the week

ill be flat out honest,
you are thin, and have a great base for you to go to the gym and start hitting some moderately heavier weights.. and then you will have a even nicer scupted body..
