Re: Weight lifting belt

I use a weight belt for max on squats, deads and military press have also use one for cleans. They have their place for sure but I agree you should not rely on one all the time.

sure is nice to have when you want to use one though

Re: Why is chest so darn weak???

it takes time to build it up. 3 months you should have noticed a litle improvement though. Try the exercises Less told you to do but keep benching as well. 95 pounds to 135 pounds is a big jump for a guy just starting. you should have went to 105 first. build it up slowe and just know it takes time....

Re: fat loss, muscle build..

If you have done any surfing on the forms of this site you would know its real hard to loose fat and build muscle at the same time. Its much better to pick one or the other (loose fat or build muscle). Also your never going to have abs unless you loose fat no matter what ab routine you do. No matter...

Re: protine bar and energy bar

If I was you I would have a shake after you workout. But if you have no energy to workout you might want to eat the protine bar or someting before you hit the gym tio give you some gas in the tank.

I forgot to say awesome job with the 50 pounds! thats someting to be proud of for sure

Re: how long should daily training session be

30 sec is a bit short for liking but it depends on what your doing traing for strength or size. Supersets maybe need only 15 sec or 30 sec. I try to keep rests under 60 sec or however long it takes to switch the weight on the bar. If you want to train for strength you need longer rest times maybe ev...

Re: protine bar and energy bar

Ditch the energy bars. They are full of sugar and bad calories. Protein bars are ok but still not as good as a shake. I have never known anyone to have to eat part way through a workout. Your suppose to be tired that why its called working out.

Re: What is the best way to tone

Oh come on bodybuilder chicks with big muscle are hot! Its hard for ladies to look like that real hard.

As long as you dont eat to be huge you will never get huge so go and lift your off! A bit of muscle looks good.

Re: how long should daily training session be

I think a 2 hour training session is to long to lift weights. Try to keep it to about a hour or less.

A couple options

- do less volume
- shorter rests with more intensity

It looks to me that a combonation of those 2 options may be best for you.

Re: Do I have to rest in between weight lifting?

your right 48 hours is 2 days.

If you work a muscle group say a 6 pm one day then skip a day and work it at 6pm the next day thats 48 hours but only 1 complete day of rest.

follow?

Re: Do I have to rest in between weight lifting?

You should rest your muscels for 48 hours (1day) before working them again. So if your doing a upper/lower split like you are doing your doing it right.

You wont bulk up unless you eat enough to bulk up regardless of how much you lift weights.

Re: Starting all over, how does this look ?

hey bossman I have never read anything about how many mg's of BCAA's a person should be injesting pre and post workout. Do you have any idea how much is too much? to little? I usually just follow the instructions on the jug/bottle. It would be nice to use precise amounts. Also is there any negitive ...
