haha sorry, I wasn't clear..I didn't mean for breakfast-just protein in general. Breakfast is def favorite meal and I wouldn't go near tuna first thing in the morning unless I was making it for lunch. Ya, for brown bagged lunches.

If you're trying to improve Blueberry digestion, 15 minutes after Oatmeal is no good, you need it around 15 mins before not after. 9:30 green tea, cherries, rice chips ...

O.k, typical day of eating starts off really well..for example today I had: 7:30 Oatmeal w/raisins and blueberries (15 mins after) and coffee 9:30 green tea, cherries, rice chips (10 sm pcs) 11:30 taco salad minus the chips and any carbs + salad, cherries for dessert 2:30 small banana 4:30 small bow...

I wish I had the dedication like you. Most times I do, but I guess with this day and age everything comes so instantaneously that I expect that with weight/fitness-which I know isn't the case.
