stay with starting strength for 2 - 3 months and assess then

i highly doubt you have a bi and tri imbalance and i would not even know how they would work that out without testing them

shoulder thing - if i was you i'd take out all straight bar pressing (shoulder/chest) and shoulder raises...it seems you've closed off the space in the gh joint and its all crunching together which is how rotator cuffs are torn...if you've got a foam roller or pc pipe then get a lot of thoracic exte...

i think its all related to what caused the rotator cuff injury, they don't just snap for no reason such as thoracic extension rot, pec minor tightness and just overall dodgy posture, especially in the upper body

Ideally you should keep your feet under your knees. However for individuals who lack ankle dorsifilexion, you can place the feet slightly in front of the knees. that doesn't really make sense, wouldn't you just sit back more? for lack of ankle mobility you'd: 1 - turn the feet out then if you had 2...

the point is that the knees can over the toes when you squat which is perfectly safe and it's actually the proper way to do it

try walking steps without your knees going over your toes

should never do that?

nothing but a myth, as long as your pushing through the heels then it doesn't matter where your knees are really
