the imbalance will be visible through you posture so if you're shoulders round forward and your head sticks out in front then you have an imbalance bonnie touched on ratio's before but i have everyone do at least a 2:1 back:chest ratio, imbalance or not if your imbalanced then you'll need an imbalan...

p90x is one of the worse things on the market and expect none of that muscle to retained after doing it

if your doing back and chest it looks like this:

bench press set x 10secs
30secs getting to next exercise
back exercise x 10secs
45 - 60secs rest drinking/writing

so 90secs btw sets easily

a pair of 4 sets each should take no longer than 10mins i'd think

i train my clients within the hr with warm up, foam rolling, joint mobilisations, glute activation then the workout itself and we have no machines in our studio, it can be done take a drink bottle instead of going to the fountain every time too and do the superset then drink and write it down - rest...

yep, definitely a side to side loading discrepancy

does single leg exercises like lunges and step ups have different strength side to side?

so 1 side higher then the other, left to right? if so then possible scoliosis issue, not a big one though it doesn't seem if it isn't really painful, or a tight ql on the left side (muscle runs up the side of the spine) as well as a loading problem through the right leg (glutes, ankle and hip mobili...

they'e not the same at all and i don't why trainers think they are core stability is the ability to resist movement forces through the core balancing on wobbly things is the ability, well, to balance of wobbly things - see what i'm saying? rotated pelvis is a prick of a thing - which way is rotated?

a big difference

we have one at work that sits in the storeroom, that's how useful it is and even then it takes up room
