program looks good bonnie but get rid of the bosu, great way to lift no wt and do an ankle

i was actually a guinea pig for the program, it's good

he uses a lot of exercises where the load progresses to the front in phase 3 and 4 for memory..if he doesn't then you can simply do that variation anyway
