So I have decided to walk to school with the kids, onto office and the same in reverse. I have been tracking steps and it is 10,000 easily each day. I am a size 20/22 so this is really good. current weight 156 is the lowest I have gotten to in the last 10 years.

Busy week! Started a new position at job that keeps me on feet and moving all day instead of a desk job. Still adjusting to that been feeling really tired when I get home. No Crossfit this week but I have gotten up early and ran the last two days. :D Now for the good news..... Weigh in: 156 !! :mrgr...
