I'm really sore right now. I'm a bit tired, so I'll queeze an afternoon nap. I'm also craving ice cream and chocolate. I have an allergy to chocolate, but I eat it anyways since its so yummy. Thanks, Clare! I'll try workout #1, first. I just got back from spinning class and doing abs, back, and leg lifts. arms, shoulders, back, thighs and butt are a bit sore from powerflex class yesterday so maybe I'll take tomorrow off or do something light. I usually eat an apple around 7:30am, i snack on grapes until 11am, eat tilapia and spinach around 11am, 3pm i eat an oatmeal bar or left over lunch, 7-8pm i eat brocolli and salmon. I only eat fish.
