You're not too old to go pro, but you will have a significantly shorter pro career than if you started when you were 19. But still not too old.

I box after weight lifting quite frequently. It won't hurt you, but you may notice your technique isn't as sharp because your body has already been worked.

You're not too old. I train in Muay Thai and we have quite a few people in their 50's and 60's that train in the gym with us. Being taller is an advantage if you're fighting someone smaller than you for sure. But chances are with weight classes you will be fighting people similar to yourself. You're...

Too much cardio on lifting days in opinion. Also you should always lift before you do your cardio. Do the cardio on separate days from your lifting days if you can.

Tuesday - Upper
Wednesday - Off
Thursday - Cardio/core
Friday - Lower
Saturday - Upper
Sunday - Off

Drop the muscle splits and either go with an upper/lower split like above or full body workouts.
