I do think sleep is better and i have less headaches after quitting the caffeine. So that is some motivation right there to keep it up! :)

I don't get many headaches though as a side note.. and it could be from less sugar as well.

I had the same problem Jocelyn. cell phone wouldn't work either. I was able to long on today by clicking when you log in to the selection to automatically log you in right next to the hidden one underneath the log in.. hopefully that makes sense!! LOL i have a hard time logging out now. it won't log...

yes. maybe... I like squash but i don't eat it a lot. didn't grow up with it. I think a pumpkin is apart of the squash family too. They come in different shapes and sizes.
