this is just a quote from a lady on sparkpeople that lost 125 pounds and has mainted 110 to 115 for 2.5 years!! For me i really like this because eating is such a problem for me i like that approach and i think it's a good idea that may work for "some" people. not everyone but some people might find it appealing.
