Hi. I'm a newbie and wanted to say hi. My name is Melinda. I'm from California. I work with the SAMHSA and the What A Difference A Friend Makes program (www.whatadifference.org/mentalhealth) . I'd like to get in better shape and lose weight by the end of the year.
