Hello all friends here my name is abhi and i am very lazy and i am staying outside of my family since 7 years and due to not having a complete food i have lost my body and i gain weakness and tiredness in evry day i have no freshness and i am feeeling that i am very very weak and so i got my stomuch 37 west and now i would like to decrease it with 5 inch means 32 so please help me i never did anytypes of excercise and now i will have to so please help me please what should i do per day so i can gain freshness healthy and steminar and decrease belly.
