Almond butter is a much higher quality fat than peanut butter.
Almond butter tastes nasty to me, so I settled for natural peanut butter with no added sugar as a compromise. 1.5 tsp is the most nutbutter you should have in a meal though, so you have to watch quantity with that one if you're trying to lose weight.
