My honest opinion. Continue to workout and screw the diet pills. Diet pills are absolutey trash to the max. Hydroxycut Harcore killed people and even the herbal ones are probably rubbish and the reason is, there are many things you can tweak regarding exercise and eating habits to lose weight, but as soon as you take diet pills, you have no idea what they are doing.
You would if you sat on your butt and ate KFC all day, then just took the pills and did nothing else, because then you're isolating their effect.
Those things are designed to prey on peoples insecurities and body consciousness issues. Plus you have to ask yourself, if your metabolism is less than optimal in the way it handles caloric processing, why are you using something to force your body to do it better?
Exercise and diet, over time, will encourage an environment in vivo, that is more condusive to handling calories, by slowly and gradually adpating that environment.
Taking a pill is like saying to your body, work much better as soon as possible, which is just wrong. It's like having a new employee on the ground level, promoted to manager after a day and expecting that branch of your company, to continue swimming in profits this time next year.
Plenty of people lose weight without pills and it proves human physiology is geared to achieve this, whether you are mesomorphic, endomorphic or perhaps an ectomorph, called by some these days, "skinny fat".
The risk to your health long-term, may be unknown right now, but to be honest, is it worth the gamble?
Basically ditch them. Don't even tell me you'll finish the bottle then buy no more, (read that, bought the T-shirt), because if someone comes to the conclusion they have probably bought a worthless, useless, crappy product, does it make logical sense to consume what they have left?
Not to me it doesn't. A bit like forcing down a disgusting restaurant meal, when you could just walk out and refuse to pay.
You'll be doing yourself a big favour. Correct exercise and good eating habits will do the job just fine.
Another tip for you too
I'm assuming you acquired these from a shop in Germany, or because you read some B.S. marketing in a magazine, or someone else told you about them first.
Never buy supplements on someone elses reccomendation, or based on what shops or websitess selling you the stuff say. People will either fail to disclose or not know some of the downsides, depnding on who they are and their relationship to the product they are discussing.
Use websites that give unbiased independant analysis from sportspeople and scientists, not endorsed by any companies. Use sites like this, to tap into the potential knowledge of others and understand the nature and effects of ingredients in supplements and what quantities work best, not very well or cause problems.
Your health is absolutely vital, so this is not about trusting people you know who may mean well, but never did the right research first, or trusting knowledgeable sellers who may be more interested in profit, than your health, or at least selling you the right thing, or trusting sportspeople who endorse things, (endorsements almost certainly don't always mean use), but it's about you covering your ass, because it and the rest of you is important
Hopefully that clarifies a few things. Anything else you want to ask or say please feel free
