I've just joined this forum and I look forward to helping everyone achieve their fitness goals. I didn't see a member introduction section so I figured that i'd post here. Anyway I will be posting some helpful stuff that should help a lot of you that need help with workout routines, nutrition, meal plans, motivation, weight lifting and the works. All of our info comes from a network of nationally certified and very successful fitness professionals and competitors.
