Hey all,
name is Jason and I just joined Shape Fit Forums to find out more about losing fat, gaining muscle, and getting healthier.
I'm interested in learning about various workouts and exercises that can help me as well as ideas for healthy food options.
I have some experience in Pilates as I've been training in it at a local studio for a few years.
goals are to get more fit, eat better, and to gain more muscle mass. I intend on supplementing body building with Pilates exercises.
Hoping to learn a bunch from all of you guys on the forums here.
