Hi everyone,
I'm putting this here as I'm not exactly what topic this fits under, and I wanted to say "hi".

In particular, I like the idea of the Bear Grylls book, but has anyone read these?
I'm ok, with running, but I think I'm leaning towards a more outdoorsy, hiking and climbing experience.
I'm also terrible about going to gyms. I prefer more ... I don't know ... organic(?) activity.

I had a solid 18 months of climbing and loved it - but I kept getting injuries. Have read Bear's book though.
