Personal Training, Yay or Nay?

I'm doing a study on personal training and fitness services and wondering what puts people off and what attracts people to personal trainers.

Just for college project for now. own personal input is I believe personal training to be a expensive which is own input. :)

I believe it to be an individual thing.

For me to spend money on a PT which can be very expensive I would really need to feel a connection with the person and a desire from them to REALLY help me and not just there filling the hours for their paycheck. I also want them to see me as a person they want to help and get to know versus someone they can sell things too.

along with knowledge.

I don't have a lot of experience meeting PT's but so far experience is very few are like that.

i think you get a better deal with the free classes available at most gyms lead by qualified instructors.
