She will be second Moderator of the board from now on. My involvement remaining as active as usual, so no change there.
Myself and Kris interfaced on this, and as you can see, my argument in favour of Cassie as an additional Moderator, has been positively received.

Personally I feel after just over a year, Cassie has proven to be a popular and knowledgeable person, and I also felt the addition of a female to the role, would have positive benefits, particularly in terms of the Lady members, visa vie sensitive / private issues.
I am glad this decision has been taken, as I personally feel it will only serve to benefit our community, and I was supremely confident nobody here would be against this decision, owing to the way Cassie has helped and supported the spirit of our community and those it serves, in the past year.
No doubt Cassies input, may on occasion be required back of house as well, as on odd occasions Admin do consult me for one or two ideas on things, or feedback, I.E. when Fittracker was being devised, and again should the need ever arise, I think Cassies constructive input to new ideas / features, on the site as a whole, will be very valued.
All I can say in summary is, I am very pleased to have another person, keeping a discreet eye on things sometimes, when I'm not here, and working with me to keep this board as clean and friendly as possible.
Together we will continue to operate on this board for the good of all, and to help keep your user experience, as positive and as rewarding as most of you are used to getting.
