Introduction...

Hello everyone I just thought I would pop in and introduce myself seeing I haven't yet posted here in the forums. My name is Kylee, I am a married mother of 3 who is currently studying her Certificate 4 and Diploma in Personal Fitness. It's funny I never really thought about sports or being active as a means to lose weight it was just fun. Before I had my 3 children I weighed 45 kilos and after I weighed over 80 kilos. Not real healthy for a 5ft 4 inch person. Anyway I decided to go back to school in 2006 to further my education and get out of the crappy job I was i, so I did my Certificate 3 in Horticulture (gardening and plants was my love back then) while I got through that I managed to lose 32.5 kilos in 9 months due to exercise, eating healthy and looking after myself better. In 1 year I managed to lose 40 kilos and I was hooked on fitness and nutrition. I do go to the gym and do the Les Mills Body Pump classes seeing I don't have enough space in my house and because I am trying to get into the field so it's nice to get some contacts up my sleeve before I start looking for a job. It's also nice to make new friends. I managed all the weight loss to start off all on my own (literally) but it's nice to have friends again. Anyway thanks for listening and maybe I will catch some of you round the site

I'd second that last part, but I'm still laughing at the first bit.

I had to alter the colour of one of her posts, because the colour clashed with the background and I couldn't read it properly.

if what ya eyes see offend thee pluck out ya eyes....or just hold left mouse button down and drag ya cursor over the text, should set it all in a while with dark blue background or similar and then be readable.

True, that will work, but if people have to go to extra lengths to read stuff, it might be offputting for some.

ya moving ya index finger over a button can really strain the perpetually lazy
