Oh, and I'd use blueberries instead of Raspberries. Blueberries are her favorite.

I have a rule: Never voluntarily eat anything your mom made you eat as a child.

(It is good to see that Wiggles is having a positive influence on your diet, but I would think that Wiggles would be a Vegan, myself.)

No it isn't. I'm going to start a rival thread called: 10 foods for the rest of your life.

It should prove to be more popular.

Brocco is my favorite food. Wow. And Wiggles eats cheerios, too. She is so qt. Also rabbit treats. They aren't very good (I've tried them all), but she loves 'em so...

Funny packard I just checked out your new thread. Not one reply! Mine WINS the popularity contest. HA!

Yes, 5 isn't many. That was the point. Wanted to find out how people would respond... if they would choose health over taste. Looking at some of the responses I'm wondering how on earth some people are planning on pooping with the foods they chose to eat for the rest of their lives! Fiber is a beautiful and necessary thing people!

Ever since my dad found out what fiber is about 2 months ago, he won't shut up about it. I'm serious. He talks about his colon more than anyone. Ever. You two should hang out.

Yes, they could discuss stuff like Hepatic and Splenic Flexions and other bits and pieces that make up a Colon

I honestly think the only reason he goes to lunch w me is so he can see how many times he can get me to roll my eyes or leave the table by mentioning "colon". For awhile, when I was like 20, he told me I drank too much water. I told him he drank too much diet coke. He asked why water was good. I said "it flushes out your system, gets rid of the toxins. Good for the kidneys." So then, he started drinking water, which he called "Kidney flusher". When the monster got mad at him and told him not to say it at the dinner table (he eats out a lot, so it was in public, no less... he would order "diet coke and kidney flushing water"), he called it KF. Yeesh.

Oh we should totally hang out because my fiance and coworkers get really tired of hearing about my colon. I need a buddy to talk poop talk with. LOL!
