Woohoo!

So I'm finally down below 290lbs! Which means I've lost about 23lbs since I joined ShapeFit

So I SAW THAT DUDE TODAY! I was in my dad's car and he was walking down the street. He had a brace on his wrist and what I think was a nasal splint. Not to mention his black eyes made him look like the Joker from The Dark Knight LOL!

Yes!! Isn't it great?? Are you doing any progress pics at all? Those are super helpful, since some of the changes are so over-time that we don't see them everyday (:
