I used to travel quite a bit.
Most hotels did not have gyms at that time.
I carried a chinning bar that fit door jambs and I did pull ups.
I did push ups.
I did crunches.
And I climbed stairs (real stairs, not the stair machines). Real hotels are frequently several stories high and have a separated stairwell. A couple of times up and down a 6 story building is a good leg workout.
This is actually enough to keep you in shape. Add running on nice days (and eliminate the stairs). Do this on alternate days.
