Stress and Fitness

Post by skully »

Okay, since I may not be an expert to ask questions on point, I need your expertise.

I plan to write a story (for a course I dread), about how the relationship between stress and fitness of the students at university. I know from simple observing that a lot of people don't workout, eat a lot of high in fat foods...etc.

I have to create a survey that consists of 10 questions. So do you guys have any on point questions that may be relevant or helpful?

I think asking things as

How often they exercise:
1-2 times
3-4 times
5-7 times

Do they feel stressed out:
Yes
No

and similar questions which I can figure out like 70% of who exercise 5 times a week feel less stressed than..blah blah.

what questions should I consider, should the food they eat be involved, too? One Question would be an open-ended one, for quotes...I have no idea where to begin.

On the other hand, I workout 5 times a week, vigorous each, and still feel depressed and stressed out when school starts. WHY! why doesn't exercise help me?
