I am new here but I have been readings various websites and forums regarding muscle building and loss weight.
Many people have been giving various respond to their weekly training frequency.
Some says 3 times per weeks should be enough while some says training 2 or 3 times per week would not get jacked result?
So I am curious what is the best number of time training per week, or does this based purely on personal preferences?
