So...I'm writing a new article about weight lifting, and how it's "better" for fat-loss as opposed to cardio/areobic exercises which do cause temporarily fat loss
What aspects should I consider? What pointers do you guys have for me?
These are sub sections:
- Weight lifting helps because more muscle = more calories burnt
- Benefits of Muscle training in the long run
- Imp aspects to consider with weight training (diet, pre and post workout)
- Imp of HIIT cardio while weight training.
What other important thing should I mention?

I wrote this so far, and I need someone to review it for me in sense if everything seems right/makes sense? Does it flow? Is the information given in a sense that okay so "what comes next that I need to know about?" Have I miss anything. I still haven't finished the article it may change considerably because of the fact I didn't have anyone to interview yet and will do today or something. This really sucks.
