Just wanted to make this short and quick
I'm dieting and exercising for weight gain but I can't seem to keep the weight on.
I used to weigh 110lbs and moved up to 117lbs in the span of about a month (yes, I am rather underweight), I know I need more patience but I'd like to know if anyone has any pointers for pushing the body into a state where it absorbs and assimilates more of the substances that it is fed than merely metabolizing them and getting rid of them.
If anyone has any tips besides consuming more high quality calories and more fats, give me a shout.
