tennis elbow and achilles tendon

Summer is coming and I'll will be taking up tennis again. By the end of last year, I had a bit of tennis elbow and my Achilles tendon was hurt. What exercises can I do to prevent these injuries this year?

tennis elbow - increase scapula (shoulder blade) stability and shoulder mobility

achilles - roll hip flexors, quads, glutes, calves, foot with a foam roller/tennis ball

Tennis Elbow is a kind of Bursitis, which is inflammation.

You may need to try some kind of massage therapy for the TE, or stretching techniques before games, to reduce the likelihood of reoccurrance.

Those might be future avenues to consider.
